Colpermin® IBS Relief Capsules are a herbal medicine designed to ease symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), such as abdominal cramps, bloating, and flatulence.

Active Ingredient

• Peppermint Oil (187mg) – a natural antispasmodic that relaxes intestinal muscles and helps restore normal bowel movement frequency

How to Use

• Adults and children 15+: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily

• If symptoms are severe, dose may be increased to 2 capsules 3 times daily

• Swallow whole with water before meals—do not chew

• Treatment usually lasts 1–2 weeks, but can continue for 2–3 months if needed

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to peppermint oil, menthol, peanuts, or soya

• Avoid if you have severe constipation, blood in stool, or unexplained weight loss

• May cause heartburn or anal itching in rare cases
